Connect and manage multiple shops

Add, switch, reconnect or remove a shop.

1. In Settings, choose Add shop. Each shop has its own saved credentials and Etsy authorization.
2. Copy the exact callback URL from the connection form to your Etsy developer app. Your app needs the access level required for its intended use.
3. Use the shop switcher in the sidebar to choose the destination for every task. Up to 25 shops can be saved per account.
4. If authorization expires or permissions change, reconnect the shop. Never send API keys or shared secrets to support.
5. To remove a connection, select Delete beside the shop in Settings and confirm. This removes the dashboard connection, not the actual Etsy shop.
