Control privacy and stored data

Understand account separation, AI data and deletion.

1. Connected shops, stored keys and saved work are scoped to your signed-in account. Credentials are encrypted before storage.
2. Use the dashboard’s Hide shop names control when you want generic shop labels on screen. Product content and buyer information can still be visible inside your private workspace.
3. Only send data to AI that you want processed by your chosen provider. Support chat reads account counts or a selected shop’s listing only when you enable read-only account tools. It cannot change listings or access credentials or order details.
4. To remove all stored dashboard data, open Settings → Delete dashboard data. Revoke the app separately in Etsy if you also want to revoke Etsy authorization.
