Use Gemini, OpenAI or DeepSeek

Connect a provider and choose the right writing task.

  1. Open Settings → AI settings and enter your Gemini, OpenAI or DeepSeek API key. You can configure several providers and choose Automatic, Fast, Full or Advanced.
  2. Click Test API to check a pasted key before saving it. A test does not save the key. Save encrypts your key and automatically tests it; Connected appears only after a successful generation test. Replace key lets you test a replacement first.
  3. Test All checks saved keys you can access. Results show the central routing model, latency, estimated cost and time tested. Model-access, invalid-key, quota, rate-limit and connection errors are separate. Tests are limited to 6 per minute and 30 per hour. Retry Test after fixing a problem.
  4. Open a listing’s Edit / AI action, or use the AI workspace for titles, descriptions, tags, translations, audits and marketing drafts.
  5. Add your brand brief in Growth tools to give AI a consistent tone. Review factual details, claims and keywords before applying any suggestion.
  6. AI requests use your configured provider account. The current default hourly allowance is 300 requests across providers; your AI Settings shows the configured limit; provider limits and charges also apply.
  7. For a billing or model error, check your provider’s API billing and key permissions. A consumer chatbot subscription does not automatically include API usage.
