Understand orders and analytics

Read live Etsy data and interpret totals correctly.

1. Choose the correct connected shop, then open Overview, Orders, Reviews or Analytics.
2. Use Load more where offered. A calculation based on loaded records is not necessarily a full-shop or all-time total; check the labels.
3. Order details and supported tracking actions are available in the workspace. Refunds, ads and unsupported Etsy operations must be completed on Etsy.
4. Marketing and customer reply tools produce copy for review. They do not automatically send Etsy messages or create promotions.
