Fix connection and loading problems
Practical checks for Etsy and AI errors.
- Check the selected shop and confirm it shows connected. Refresh the affected panel; use Load more when only part of a result is loaded.
- If Etsy requests reconnection, authorize again using the exact registered callback URL. Authorization codes cannot be reused.
- For AI errors, check the provider, model, API key, credits and request limits in Settings.
- For import errors, confirm you used a valid Etsy listing URL. Private, removed or restricted products may be unavailable through Etsy’s API.
- If the problem continues, contact @chaoticduck on Telegram with the page, time, steps and a redacted error screenshot.
