Choose AI levels and review bulk changes

Control AI cost with Fast, Full, Advanced or Automatic, then accept suggestions before saving.

  1. Open AI Settings to connect Gemini, OpenAI or DeepSeek. Choose Automatic for task-based routing or a fixed optimization level. Fallback can use other configured providers; turn it off if you do not want cross-provider retries.
  2. Fast uses a low-cost Gemini model when configured. Full uses cost-efficient OpenAI copy generation. Advanced uses a stronger OpenAI tier for difficult work. Provider availability can change the final route.
  3. In Import library select up to 50 untransferred Studio drafts. Choose fields and optional photo alt text, preview estimated cost, then start. Keep the page open while processing; reopen saved jobs to resume. Retry failed processes only.
  4. Compare original and AI copy. Edit, accept or reject each proposal, or accept/reject all. Acceptance saves to Studio only. Category, attribute and section recommendations need manual setup. Creating Etsy drafts and publishing remain separate actions.
  5. Quantity, price, SKU and stock operations do not use AI. For connected listings, bulk QTY can update every variation or only out-of-stock offerings, with prices and SKUs preserved.
  6. Your AI usage panel shows requests, tokens, cached results and estimated costs. Daily and hourly allowances apply. Estimates may omit costs when a provider times out or does not return usage.
