Import shops and sections into a draft library

Select products, save Studio drafts, edit in batches and transfer reviewed products to Etsy.

1. Install Chrome extension v1.1.0. Open an Etsy shop, section or product page and choose Browse shop & select products. Selection takes place in Etsy Studio’s API-backed picker; the extension does not scrape or add controls to Etsy pages.
2. Choose your destination shop. Filter one or more sections, select up to 50 products per batch, confirm reuse permission and save to Studio. Load more for large shops. You can also paste up to 50 product links in the extension or the website.
3. Find the imported products in Import library → Studio drafts. Repeated collection keeps existing imports and edits. These are saved in Etsy Studio, not Etsy listings. Photos remain source links until transfer.
4. Open a product for individual AI, text and photo editing; press Save Studio draft before leaving. Or select products and use Set bulk quantity (QTY) to set stock on all selected Studio drafts. Bulk AI optimization can fully rewrite titles and descriptions, optimize either field alone, or include tags, with saved before/after review jobs for up to 50 products. Accept proposals to save them; nothing changes silently. Other controls append descriptions, replace tags, set prices or export CSV.
5. Review transfer to Etsy for up to 10 products. Choose the selected shop’s shipping and processing profiles, review currency and pricing, confirm rights, then create Etsy drafts. Available source variants are saved and transferred when enabled. Review each variant price and quantity; currency must match the destination. Personalization and digital files still need separate setup.
6. Keep the page open during a batch. Pause stops after the current product. Completed drafts and photo transfers are saved; unfinished items can be retried. Re-select transferred products to resume missing photos without creating another Etsy draft. Review and publish on Etsy separately.
