Edit listings and inventory

Manage product copy, images, stock and existing variations.

1. Open Listings and choose Edit / AI beside a product. Review the current Etsy data before changing it.
2. Edit the title, description, tags, materials and supported listing settings. Use the inventory editor for prices, quantities and SKUs on existing variations.
3. Upload or reorder images, manage digital files, and review image alt text. Select a shipping profile or return policy where available.
4. Use bulk actions for supported changes across selected listings. Batch AI optimization prepares saved drafts for up to 10 listings.
5. Review the confirmation before applying changes to Etsy. If a save reports a conflict, reload the listing and compare with its current Etsy version.
